I need to know this for very important reasons. VERY IMPORTANT REASONS. Namely, because I was commissioned to make a one-piece Invisible Woman swimsuit!!!
And, naturally, due to everything else I do in the world, the making of it took approximately forever. There were several reasons for this, including the fact that, at one point, I lost the Invisible Woman swimsuit.
Seriously. I couldn't find it. I spent several hours being extremely paranoid about the potential truthful nature behind the power of superhero suits.
However, the commissioner (her name is Kelly and she's very sweet) was very patient, and so tomorrow I'm sending out her completed swimsuit. It should have been finished earlier than now, but I had some trouble with a last minute adjustment she wanted, namely that it be tied around the neck like a halter instead of a full one piece. It's one of those things that doesn't seem like it should be an issue, but yaknow. So it goes.
In the end, it came out quite well! I know my duct tape dress form doesn't exactly make it look awesome, but I figured this was the best way to show it off, so here it is anyway!
I also have a few others in prototype mode, but I'll share those later. For now I'm going to run around in circles to celebrate finally finishing the suit!! Waaaaaaaaaaaahooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!

Yes, I know, Stabby the Duct Tape Dressform is starting to have seen better days - leave me alone, I have attachment issues.
The initial prototype I made is more of a standard one piece suit, which I actually think that I personally prefer. However, the tie neck works perfectly well too, so hmmmmmm. Not quite sure how I'd officially market the suit - tie around the neck or complete one piece - but either way, I'm really glad she asked me to make it, because it got me thinking!
The other version, with a back about as high as the front.
