Negative Twelve is a Good Temperature for my New Hobby, Guys

Alright, so I haven't actually worked on Burble since the eyeballs happened. I have, however, begun a NEW hobby - making ridiculous fleece sweater things.

Harley Quinn! Just in time for that Suicide Squad trailer to come out and annoy the crap out of me.

It started with a decision that the one thing I needed more than life itself was a Kermit sweater thing. About five years ago I attempted to make a Kermit coat, but it didn't wind up looking all that great and is currently languishing somewhere in my closet (which I should probably clean one of these days). However, a month or so ago I was loitering by the remnant bin in JoAnn's and found two rolls of very Kermit colored fleece. I said "Hey, I should purchase this for an undisclosed project."

And then I took it home and made a Kermit sweater thing which half the time is too warm to wear, but screw it - Kermit!

My attempt at a Kermit flail

Then I decided that clearly I needed to make another one, which led to the snowman masterpiece. It's complete with weird fuzzy buttons that are probably going to fall off because I got the excellent idea to glue them on for some reason. We'll see how long they last.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the farmhouse!
...yes, that's a Muppets joke.

I also proceeded to make one for Brian, and as you can see, he was really happy about it and not at all sarcastic in any way whatsoever.

Have you ever seen a more genuine display of anything?

I've got two more designs, but they're presents so you can't see them because I haven't sent them out yet because I am dreadful. I like the idea, though. They're warm, you can make them weird and nerdy, and they don't cost much or take very long to make. Heck - maybe I'll do some pre-made ones and throw them up on Etsy. Maybe.

The more likely reality is that I'll just make a bunch more and keep them for myself.

Because I am a loser. :DDD
